On a quiet suburban street, a car is destroyed by fire. Was it an accident or is there something to fear? Rosa chronicles one middle-class couple’s nightmarish experience of the war on terrorism. Both dark and funny, this poignant drama poses challenging questions—about individual liberty, democratic values, and the power of government in our lives.
